About the Position Our client in Götene is now seeking a concrete mixer for their precast production. This is a direct hire position with our client, not a temporary staffing arrangement. About the Role: With our client, you will primarily work with mixing concrete for precast production. You are responsible for mixing concrete according to recipes and ensuring that the correct quality and consistency is achieved before production. The work is an important part of the manufacturing process and requires precision, responsibility, and understanding of the material. The role also involves close collaboration with the rest of production, where you contribute to an efficient workflow and high quality in the finished product. If you want to develop, there are good opportunities to expand your knowledge across multiple areas of precast manufacturing over time. Your Profile: We are looking for someone with experience mixing concrete and who has a good understanding of the material's properties. It doesn't matter what type of business you've worked in previously – what is important is that you have experience with concrete handling and feel confident in the work. You are meticulous, responsible, and enjoy a hands-on role where quality and collaboration are important parts of your day. Requirements: • Experience mixing concrete • Fluent in Swedish, spoken and written • Driver's license and access to a car Merits: • Experience with casting • Experience from precast production • Concrete education • Forklift and overhead crane certification Work Hours: Day shift Start Date: By agreement Do you have questions about the position?
