About the Position
As a concrete worker, you will be responsible for casting, reinforcement, and formwork in various construction projects for our client. You will prepare and mix concrete, set forms, and ensure proper reinforcement and surface finishing. You are expected to follow drawings and work instructions carefully, and collaborate with the team to ensure that the project schedule and quality standards are met. The role also involves maintaining safety regulations and reporting progress to the work supervisor.
About You
Formal Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a high school diploma and/or two years of work experience, preferably in concrete work. A driver's license is a requirement, as is good physical condition. You also need basic computer skills to document the work process.
Meritorious
It is advantageous if you have experience working with concrete techniques and have good knowledge of blueprint reading and also possess a crane operator card. Previous work on large projects or in international environments is also appreciated.

You should also be a responsible person, meaning you take responsibility for your work and ask questions if you feel uncertain. You need to be proactive, and at the same time have self-awareness—you help where needed but don't make risky decisions when things are unclear.
