About the Client Company Prefabmästarna specializes in prefabricated concrete elements, where various building components are manufactured in the factory and delivered to the construction site. Your Responsibilities As a concrete worker, you will work with the manufacturing of concrete elements, which includes form setting, reinforcement, casting according to blueprints, and surface finishing. At Prefabmästarna, you will work inside the factory located in Öjebyn. You will work together with experienced colleagues and gradually take on more independent work with your own concrete elements. Some work tasks are physically demanding, which means good physical fitness is an important prerequisite for performing this job. It is a merit if you have previous experience with blueprint reading. Your Profile We are looking for someone who is responsible and engaged in their work. You have your own drive, are thorough, and take pride in delivering quality work. We also see that you have a strong safety mindset and are flexible and responsive both in your work and in dialogue with colleagues. Finally, we value having fun at work and believe that you, as an applicant, will contribute to a good team spirit. Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written, is required. Additional Information A Class B driver's license is required. You will be employed by Konsultia and work at Prefabmästarna.
