The work takes place in controlled casting environments and differs from traditional construction work on construction sites. You will become part of a cohesive team where work is characterized by clear procedures, safety thinking, and a focus on quality in every step. Examples of common work tasks: Manufacturing of prefabricated concrete elements such as walls and balconies Work in and around casting molds and large casting tables Assembly and fastening of reinforcement steel Handling of reinforcement, form walls, and tools Work according to drawings, instructions, and safety regulations What we're looking for We are looking for someone who enjoys physical work, clear work tasks, and who wants to work long-term with the same client. You are thorough, responsible, and understand the importance of quality and safety in a production environment.
