We are looking for you who wants to work practically with concrete and who thrives in an active and varied work environment. As a consultant with us, you will have a varied workday and the opportunity to contribute to projects where quality and pace are important. About the position Start date: week 36 Employment type: Fixed-term employment (full-time), with possibility of extension Work location: Vislanda Available shifts: 2-shift with possibility of daytime work As a concrete worker, you will work in production and on construction sites with concrete-related tasks. The work is practical and varied and may include formwork construction, reinforcement, casting, finishing, and surface treatment work. You participate in the entire work process from preparation to finished product and work closely with colleagues and supervisors to ensure that the work maintains the right quality and follows the schedule. Your tasks may include: Preparation and setup of formwork Reinforcement work and placement of reinforcing steel Concrete placement Leveling and finishing of surfaces Cleaning and maintenance of machinery and tools Following safety procedures and workplace instructions About you We are looking for someone who is practically minded, takes responsibility, and enjoys physical work. You work carefully, have a structured work approach, and contribute to positive teamwork. Flexibility and willingness to learn are important as tasks may vary between projects. You thrive working at a pace where quality and safety are prioritized. Experience in concrete work is a merit, but the right attitude and willingness to develop are weighted heavily. Formal qualifications Driver's license B & access to a car Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing Previous experience in construction or concrete work or relevant education Merits Trade certificate or education in concrete/construction Forkift certificate A+B Knowledge of reinforcement and casting techniques Experience in excavation and foundation work As one of us As a staffing consultant employee with us, you receive market-rate salary, vacation, pension contributions, insurance, and membership in our collective agreement.
