About the Position
As a concrete worker, you will work with varied tasks in concrete and manufacturing. The work may include casting, reinforcement, formwork construction, stripping, and finishing work as well as quality inspections. You work from drawings, work instructions, and established quality standards to ensure that the work maintains high quality.
You collaborate closely with colleagues and other functions to create an efficient production flow. The work is hands-on and can be physically demanding. Working hours are during daytime.
About You
We are looking for someone with experience in concrete work or a strong interest in construction and practical work. You are thorough, responsible, and accustomed to following drawings, instructions, and safety regulations. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is important to succeed in this role.
As a person, you are hardworking, flexible, and solution-oriented. You have practical skills and thrive in a work environment where quality, safety, and cooperation are in focus.
Formal Qualifications
Experience in concrete work, construction work, or work in the manufacturing industry.
Ability to read and understand drawings and work instructions.
Category B driver's license.
Good Swedish in speech and writing.
Ability to follow safety regulations and work instructions.
Meritorious Qualifications
Education in construction and civil engineering or concrete work.
Experience in reinforcement, casting, formwork construction, or concrete elements.
Experience working with drawing interpretation and quality inspections.
Forklift certification or overhead crane certification.
Experience from the construction industry or manufacturing industry.
