We are now looking for a concrete worker for a growing company outside Vårgårda. Here you get the chance to become part of a stable operation with good future prospects and a strong order book.
About the Position
Our client is a leading player in the concrete industry and manufactures modern, sustainable prefabricated concrete elements used in construction projects throughout Sweden. To meet increasing demand, they are now looking for more dedicated employees for production.
As a concrete worker, you will be an important part of the team and work with the manufacturing of concrete elements from start to finished product.
Planned start date for the position is after summer, around mid-August.
Job Responsibilities
In this role, you will work with:
Form setting, reinforcement, and casting according to drawings
Quality control to ensure products meet high standards
Post-processing and finishing of concrete elements
Collaboration with colleagues to ensure efficient production flow
We are Looking for You Who
Have experience from practical work, for example as a fitter, mechanic, industrial worker, construction worker, or similar
Are meticulous, responsible, and have a strong safety mindset
Enjoy physical work and have a good work ethic
Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Are a team player who contributes to a positive work environment
Meritorious
Experience in concrete work or precast production
Familiarity with reading and understanding drawings
Forklift certificate and/or overhead crane certificate
