About the Position Our client continues to grow and is therefore seeking several experienced concrete workers for their prefab production. The assignment is long-term with excellent opportunities for permanent employment with the client. About the Role: At our client, you will work with the manufacturing of prefabricated concrete elements for the construction industry. The production includes walls, sandwich walls, balconies, floor slabs, and other advanced concrete structures where multiple processes work together to create a finished product. The work involves tasks such as forming, reinforcement, casting, embedding components, finishing, and quality control. The products vary in complexity and can include solutions for installations, fixtures, and finished surfaces. The work is performed according to drawings and requires precision, understanding of the manufacturing process, and a practical work approach. You will become part of a modern production environment where collaboration, quality, and professional skill are important parts of everyday work. Your Profile: We are looking for someone with previous experience working in prefab concrete manufacturing and who is accustomed to a production environment. You have an understanding of how manufacturing functions from preparation to finished product and feel confident working according to drawings. As a person, you are responsible, meticulous, and enjoy working both independently and together with colleagues. Requirements: • Experience working in prefab concrete manufacturing • Experience reading technical drawings • Good understanding of concrete processes and production flow • Fluent in Swedish, spoken and written • Class B driver's license and access to a car Meritorious: • Experience with reinforcement and casting • Bridge crane certification • Experience finishing concrete elements • Concrete training (K1–K3) Working Hours: Day shift Start Date: After vacation, tentatively week 32–34 The assignment is initially a temporary hire through Ikett with excellent opportunities for transition to the client.
