What the Role Entails As a concrete worker, you will work with the entire process – from preparation to finished construction. You work closely with colleagues while taking great personal responsibility for your work. Your work tasks include, among others: * Preparation of formwork and casting surfaces * Reinforcement and assembly according to drawings and work descriptions * Concrete pouring and vibrating * Post-processing such as leveling, grinding, and finishing * Control measurements and quality assurance against drawings * Planning and coordination of work tasks together with the team * Responsibility for tools, equipment, and materials * Active work according to safety and environmental procedures Qualifications We are looking for someone with a practical background who enjoys a role where accuracy and quality are critical. To succeed in this role, we see that you: * Have experience with concrete work, casting, or reinforcement * Have a good understanding of drawings and construction technical instructions * Are accustomed to physical work and enjoy an active work environment * Have a B driver's license * Are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written It is a merit if you have education in construction or equivalent experience. As a person, you are responsible, solution-oriented, and have good collaborative skills. You contribute with a positive attitude and always put safety and quality first.
