About the Position Behavioral Scientist Pool is now recruiting an engaged and driven behavioral scientist to an established occupational health services provider in Ljungby. As a behavioral scientist, you will become part of a multidisciplinary team working to promote health, well-being, and sustainable workplaces. The role offers a varied daily routine where you meet individuals, groups, and organizations on different types of work-related matters. You contribute with your behavioral science expertise and work closely with colleagues with various specialist competencies to create long-term and individually tailored solutions. The position is located in Ljungby and work takes place on-site. Qualifications Required Competencies Post-secondary education in behavioral science or equivalent education. Good skills in Swedish, both spoken and written. Good administrative ability and experience in documentation. Required Experience Experience working in counseling support, rehabilitation, social work, or equivalent activities. Experience meeting people in change processes. Good ability to work independently and structure your own work. Desirable Experience Experience from occupational health services. Knowledge of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Training or experience in Motivational Interviewing (MI). Knowledge of mental health issues. Experience conducting training or group interventions. Experience in work-oriented rehabilitation. Language Skills Very good skills in Swedish, both spoken and written. Good ability to express yourself professionally in both speech and writing.
