Are you at the beginning of your legal career and want to work in an eventful daily environment? The Prosecution Chamber in Halmstad is now seeking a judicial clerk. Your Responsibilities As a judicial clerk, you will perform legal work together with prosecutors. You assist them in their work and participate in preparatory work during criminal investigations and in preparation for various prosecutorial decisions. You also help monitor certain tasks of the prosecutors, propose measures, and participate in various coordination meetings. You may also assist prosecutors at court proceedings. As a judicial clerk, you also assist prosecutors and case handlers with various administrative matters. Your day is event-driven, and urgent matters can come in quickly, requiring you to make swift decisions and assess what is most pressing. Your Qualities and Qualifications We are looking for someone who has completed or is nearing the end of your legal studies. Upon taking the position as judicial clerk, you must have completed your law degree. About the Employment This is a permanent position with a six-month probationary period. The requirement for this position is that you hold a Nordic law degree. We offer a salary level based on tasks adapted for someone at the beginning of their legal career.
