About the Position: As a preparation/planning specialist, you will be the link between technical drawings, material flow, and physical prototypes in a development workshop where next-generation combat vehicles and advanced vehicle systems take shape before series production. You will read technical drawings, prepare manufacturing documentation and material lists, plan and order materials, and follow up on deliveries based on project needs and changes. You will work closely with development projects, engineering, and production, with daily contact with workshop operators and machinery. The team consists of preparation specialists, planners, procurement officers, and sub-project managers, where collaboration and knowledge sharing are a natural part of everyday work. You have a good understanding of technical drawings, are accustomed to working systematically in digital systems, and ideally have experience from workshops, production, assembly, or operator work. To thrive in this role, you are flexible, organized, and unpretentious, with the ability to manage multiple parallel tasks in an environment where priorities can change quickly. You enjoy working close to production, like collaborating across different functions, and have the social drive to engage in direct conversations out in the workshop. About the Company: Our client is a leading player in the development, manufacturing, and support of advanced vehicle systems and defense solutions. Here you will find an open, inclusive, and technology-driven environment with a focus on innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.
