Ahead of an upcoming retirement, we are now looking for a Production Planner/Scheduler who wants to take on an important role in our delivery process. Here you'll have the opportunity to work closely with both production and other functions, while also being part of developing our working methods and production planning. About the role As a Production Planner/Scheduler, you are responsible for preparing the right manufacturing documentation and planning production based on our conditions and customer needs. You work closely with Sales, Production Managers, and other functions to create an efficient production flow and ensure we deliver on time and with the right quality. An important part of the role is also to develop and streamline our working methods, including further developing the use of our business system Monitor G5 or working on improvements in the manufacturing process. You will work with, among other things: Preparation of manufacturing orders in Monitor G5 for cutting, welding, and CNC machining Planning and prioritizing production based on capacity, material, lead times, and customer needs Development and streamlining of planning processes and working methods Preparation of quotes and calculation documentation Monitoring and analysis of production data Improvement work related to productivity, delivery precision, and capacity utilization Procurement for production Who are we looking for? We're looking for someone who is structured, solution-oriented, and curious about technology and production. We believe you have: Technical education or equivalent experience Experience in production planning, preparation, or similar tasks Experience from industrial manufacturing Interest and experience with ERP/business systems, preferably Monitor G5 Good computer skills and strong knowledge of the Office suite Ability to analyze data and translate information into practical decisions Understanding of production flows Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with others As a person, you are responsible, meticulous, and analytical. You are curious and like to understand how things fit together. You enjoy working independently, but also thrive as part of a team. You dare to question existing working methods and prefer to see opportunities rather than problems. Above all, you like to get things working and find ways to make them even better.
