Is that you? Together we make a difference for the entire society. What You Will Do As a planner, you work closely with both technology and people. You plan, design, and drive the planning forward – from idea to finished solution. Your work directly contributes to a robust and future-proof power grid in Sweden. In the role, you will, among other things: Plan and design overhead lines, underground cable networks, and substations for new construction, reconstruction, and maintenance projects Develop technical solutions and cost estimates Maintain ongoing contact with landowners, customers, and authorities Prepare materials for quotes, bids, and material orders Ensure that documentation meets high quality standards Participate in developing work methods and contribute to business improvements You will move between the office and project sites in the field – day trips are therefore a natural part of the job. Job Requirements You thrive in a role where you can combine technology, collaboration, and structure. You like taking responsibility for your work and contributing to solutions that work in practice – both on drawings and in reality. We know you will develop together with us. But we would like to see that you already have: Electrical engineering education or equivalent experience Experience working with overhead lines, underground cable networks, or substations in a planner role and/or as a senior distribution electrician (a plus) Knowledge in areas such as EBR, design work, cost estimation, contract management, bid work (a plus) Good computer skills and ability to work in different systems, preferably dpPower, GURU, or AvCAD Strong Swedish and English language skills, both spoken and written Driver's license category B is required To thrive in the role, it is important that you: Enjoy collaborating with different types of people Work in a structured manner with a focus on quality Take initiative and are engaged in developing both yourself and your work In your role, you are expected to actively contribute to creating Sweden's safest workplace together with us.
