Do you want to become an important piece of the puzzle in one of the Nordic region's largest staffing and recruitment companies? We are now looking for an engaged coordinator who wants to work evenings/nights/weekends on StudentConsulting's national on-call service with placement in Sundsvall! In your role as a staffing coordinator, you will be responsible for handling orders and sick leave reports outside office hours from our customers/consultants and quickly booking the right person for the customer. You will work with: - Receiving sick leave reports from consultants - Taking calls from customers regarding consultant bookings - Administration for consultants/customers - Scheduling Working hours are Mon-Fri 5 PM-8 AM, Sat 9:30 AM-9:30 AM, and Sun 9:30 AM-10 PM/10 PM-9:30 AM. You must be able to work at least one shift per week. During this time you will have "sleeping on-call" duty from your home and be available when our customers or consultants need your help. Introduction will take place at our office in Sundsvall. In the long term, there is great potential for the position to be expanded with more tasks and work will then be conducted at our office in Sundsvall during daytime. Tasks in the role will then include: - Recruitment processes - Job advertisement design - Selection, telephone interviews, interview booking, and reference checks - Labor market activities such as participation in job fairs, etc. - Scheduling of consultants - Telephone contact with consultants and partly customers We who work at StudentConsulting thrive in an innovative and rapidly changing work environment where we work together to achieve results and build long-term customer relationships. We have a long-term need for the position and we would like you to have a few years left of your studies (at least 1.5 years remaining) and also be able to consider a future in the staffing industry.
