Staffing Coordinator Wanted for Our National After-Hours On-Call Service!

Do you want to become an important piece of the puzzle at one of the Nordic region's largest staffing and recruitment companies? We are now looking for a dedicated staffing coordinator who wants to work evenings/nights/weekends on StudentConsulting's national after-hours on-call service, based in Umeå. In your role as a staffing coordinator, you will be responsible for handling orders and sick leave reports outside office hours from our customers/consultants and quickly booking the right person for the customer. You will work with, among other things: - Receiving sick leave notifications from consultants - Receiving calls from customers regarding consultant bookings - Administration of consultants/customers - Scheduling Working hours are Monday-Friday 5 PM-8 AM, Saturday 9:30 AM-9:30 AM, and Sunday 9:30 AM-10 PM/10 PM-9:30 AM. You should be able to work at least one shift per week. During this time you will have "on-call duty" from your home and be available when our customers or consultants need your help. Training will take place at our office in central Umeå. To be eligible for the position, you should be studying at a college or university and have the ability to work approximately 16 hours per week. We have a long-term need for the position and would like you to have a few years left of your studies (at least 1.5 years remaining) and be open to a future in the staffing industry.
