Staffing Coordinator Needed for Our National On-Call Service Outside Office Hours!

Do you want to become an important piece of the puzzle at one of the Nordic region's largest staffing and recruitment companies? We are now seeking an engaged staffing coordinator who wants to work evenings/nights/weekends on StudentConsulting's national on-call service with placement in Linköping! In your role as a staffing coordinator, you will be responsible for handling orders and sick leave reports outside office hours from our customers/consultants, as well as quickly matching the right person to the customer. You will work with, among other things: - Receive sick leave reports from consultants - Receive calls from customers regarding consultant bookings - Administration of consultants/customers - Scheduling Working hours are Monday-Friday 5 PM-8 AM, Saturday 9:30 AM-9:30 PM, and Sunday 9:30 AM-10 PM/10 PM-9:30 AM. You must be able to work at least one shift per week. During this time, you will have "on-call duty" from your home and be available when our customers or consultants need your help. Introduction will take place at our office in central Linköping.
