Staffing Coordinator Wanted for Our National On-Call Service Outside Regular Office Hours!

Do you want to become an important part of one of the Nordic region's largest staffing and recruitment companies? We are now looking for an engaged staffing coordinator who wants to work evenings/nights/weekends on StudentConsulting's national on-call service with placement in Örebro. In the role of staffing coordinator, you are responsible for handling orders and sick leave reports outside regular office hours from our clients/consultants and quickly booking the right person for the client. You will work with among other things: - Receive sick leave reports from consultants - Receive calls from clients regarding booking of consultants - Administration regarding consultants/clients - Scheduling Working hours are Mon-Fri 5 PM-8 AM, Sat 9:30 AM-9:30 AM and Sun 9:30 AM-10 PM/10 PM-9:30 AM, you should have the ability to work at least one shift/week. During this time you will have "on-call duty" from your home and be available when our clients or consultants need your help. Introduction will take place at our office in Örebro. To be eligible for the position, you must be studying at a college or university and have the ability to work approximately 16 h per week. We have a long-term need for the position and would like you to have a few years left of your studies (at least 1.5 years remaining) and also be open to a future in the staffing industry.
