Staffing Coordinator

We are looking for a dedicated and organized staffing coordinator for our operations. You will be responsible for job postings, reference calls, staff matching, and ongoing communication with consultants. You will support the Consultant Managers while learning a significant part of their work. As time permits, you will handle timesheets and billing for certain clients. The position is full-time with a start date by agreement, based at our office in central Gothenburg. About the Role As a staffing coordinator, you are the central hub. Recruitment and day-to-day staffing Communication with consultant managers and employees Administration in staffing and payroll systems Monitoring and quality assurance of timesheets We Are Looking For You If You are organized, enjoy a fast pace, and find it easy to communicate with different types of people.
