About the Role As a Staffing Assistant, you work with short-term staffing and temporary positions up to three months. You have a central role in ensuring that our operations get the right expertise in the right place at the right time. You are the link between managers, requesters, and temporary staff and contribute to staffing running smoothly even when circumstances change rapidly. Your Responsibilities Handle and coordinate short-term staffing and temporary positions Match operational needs with the right expertise Be a contact person for managers, requesters, and temporary staff Work with administrative tasks related to staffing Contribute to efficient and sustainable staffing solutions Who Are You? You have completed upper secondary education, good IT skills, and express yourself fluently in Swedish in speech and writing – this is a requirement for the position! You work in a structured manner, meet deadlines, and have an easy time seeing the bigger picture. Desirable Experience It is desirable if you have experience in staffing work or customer service, as well as if you have previously worked in care and support or LSS/Functional Support. If you have additionally worked in the Medvind system, this is seen as an extra asset. Other Information We offer a permanent employment contract with a start date by agreement. Working hours are scheduled for both weekdays and weekends, and we apply a flexible workplace policy. You will receive meaningful and developmental work with great freedom within responsibility, where you contribute to ensuring staffing in socially important operations. Individual salary is applied.
