For more information about us and our vision, please visit our website at www.utslussen.se Our facility at Utslussen Treatment Home in Boden is now looking for reinforcement to our relief staff pool – and we hope that's you! About the Position As a treatment assistant with us, you conduct psychosocial work with young people who need significant support in their daily lives. Through your dedication, you create important and secure relationships. We work in a structured manner based on a salutogenic approach, where the focus is always on the young person's own resources and what works. Your main responsibilities: Support young people at the treatment home and in training apartments around Boden to establish a functioning daily life. Act as a contact person for some of the young people. Develop implementation plans according to BBIC. Document interventions through case notes and create monthly reports. The workday is planned largely together with your colleagues. Since the work is heavily dependent on the young people's motivation and daily condition, you need to be organized but also have the ability to quickly adjust your planning when needed. Who Are You? We're looking for someone who is self-directed and has a strong sense of responsibility. You're welcome to be a student, retiree, or in a life situation where you have the opportunity to work extra. Formal Requirements (applications not meeting the education requirements will not be considered): Very good Swedish language skills in both speech and writing (working language and documentation). B driver's license. Criminal record certificate from the Police (must show no criminal record before employment). Merits: Educated social pedagogue or at least two years of post-secondary education focused on social work, social pedagogy, behavioral science, or other relevant subject area. Training in CBT, Motivational Interviewing (MI), CRA, or other evidence-based methods. Experience working with young people with psychosocial issues. Personal suitability, great commitment, and a solid value foundation. What We Offer You Good commuting options: Our facility is centrally located at Prästholmen in Boden, just a stone's throw from Boden Travel Center. We also have access to staff parking. We offer external supervision every fourth week to support the work team in daily operations, where staff have significant opportunity to influence the content. Community: Once a week we set aside time for a joint staff meeting to follow up on operations. We provide lunch during activities with the young people. We will call candidates for interviews on an ongoing basis during the application period.
