Perfect for you if you enjoy practical work and want to incorporate physical activity as a natural part of your workday. 👉 Practical Information Employment Type: As-Needed Contract Type: Permanent Position Working Hours: Shifts are primarily scheduled on weekdays 08:00 - 19:00 Work Locations: You will work and rotate between the following 4 gyms: Västervik, Motala, Skäggetorp & Linköping Stora Torget (and Norrköping as needed). Start Date: 5/10 2026 🛠️ What Does the Job Involve? As a gym staff member at Fitness24Seven, things move quickly. While you're fixing a broken treadmill, a member appears with a question about the gym. You're quick on your feet and can easily provide first-class service to the member, then return to ensuring the treadmill functions properly. In your role as gym staff, your primary responsibilities are to: Ensure your gyms are accessible, functional, and fresh (moving between 2–3 gyms per day) Organize training equipment and put weights back (free training!) Maintain machines (e.g., taking apart, cleaning, and lubricating) Handle simple repairs of machines and equipment and follow up on our monthly safety reports Inventory and order consumables Arrange Open House events where you're available for members Conduct gym introductions: show new members how to use machines and get started with their training Light cleaning of training areas, changing rooms, and bathrooms as needed (cleaning company available) 👤 Who We Think You Are As a person, you enjoy working in a gym environment and at a varied pace.
