Qualified Technology Teacher Grades 1-4 at 5%

Ålidenskolan is a Christian independent school in Flen. We have been established for over 30 years and have sister schools in both Nyköping and Norrköping. For the 2026/2027 school year, we have approximately 120 students in grades F-9. You need to be able to create an accessible learning environment and use language development teaching methods as well as formative assessment in your teaching. You are expected to build strong relationships, maintain good discipline, and create a structured learning environment where interest in learning flourishes. A positive attitude and ability to collaborate with colleagues, students, and parents are essential. Our values-based work is characterized by positive character education according to the See the Good method. As a school, we work with teaching quality according to the USiP concept. You need to be familiar with the curriculum and keep yourself informed about research and developments in your subject area. You should be able to make relevant choices regarding teaching materials and methodology. As a denominational Christian school, we value your personal faith. We are looking for a certified teacher with qualifications in Technology for grades 1-4. The position is approximately 5% full-time, but if you are certified in any of the other subjects we are seeking, it is possible to combine them and increase the employment percentage. Experience in the teaching profession is an advantage.
