Together with other staff members, you will work towards making each day meaningful and enriching based on instructions from the placing municipality. You will support and guide the residents toward a structured daily routine, including medication management, social contacts, communication, meals, motivating conversations, and cleaning. An important part of the work is to stimulate and motivate residents to develop their abilities and to create opportunities for an active and meaningful leisure time. Your tasks also include documentation and planning based on implementation plans. About Nytida Parkvillan Parkvillan is a special residential facility according to the Social Services Act for people aged 25 and over regardless of gender. We serve people with mental disabilities with or without comorbidities. Based on the implementation plan, we work according to individual conditions to achieve a structured and predictable life for our residents. Our approach is low-arousal, and we have knowledge of and integrate A Life of One's Own (ESL) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) in our work. Your Experience and Knowledge We suspect that you who are applying to us: • have a positive outlook and strong commitment to people • are conscientious and have personal maturity • enjoy working in a team and supporting your colleagues We would like you to have training as a care assistant/nursing assistant. You should have at least upper secondary education in healthcare and care or equivalent training. It is meritorious if you have experience working with this target group. You have good computer skills and experience with documentation. Good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing is required, but otherwise your CV is not the most important thing. If you have the right qualities, we will provide you with support and the opportunity to grow.
