SiS Youth Facility Råby receives both girls and boys. We have both closed and open placements for closed youth care as well as treatment placements for youth under the Care of Young Persons (LVU) Act.
Job Description
As a Treatment Secretary at Råby, you will have varied and exciting work.
The Treatment Secretary's role is to coordinate and plan care and treatment for children, young people, and clients, and to ensure that work with each individual follows SiS's standardized treatment and implementation planning processes.
This can include everything from working with young people on the unit alongside treatment pedagogues to holding meetings with social services and planning treatment for the young people. As Treatment Secretary, you are responsible for documentation and treatment planning in consultation with the unit manager.
The position involves teamwork with other functions such as psychologists, teachers, treatment pedagogues, and others. You also maintain close contact with social services and the young people's support networks.
The Treatment Secretary role can also include serving as acting unit manager.
Qualifications

You must be flexible, able to periodically handle high workloads, and able to work both independently and in groups.
You should also have:
A university degree of at least 210 credits in social or behavioral sciences, such as a social work degree, or a university degree of 180 credits in behavioral science, or other higher education assessed to meet SiS guidelines for competency requirements for coordinating/planning treatment work.
Experience working in care and treatment focused operations, such as social services or other relevant work.
Relevant knowledge of legislation, ethics, and approaches related to the position.
Strong ability to express yourself in Swedish, both in writing and verbally.
Class B driving license
Meritorious:
Leadership experience.
Knowledge and experience of treatment work with young people.
Previous experience working within involuntary care.
Documentation experience regarding social investigations and exercise of public authority.

Employment:
The position is a permanent full-time employment and begins with a six-month probationary period. Start date by agreement.
