The Unit for Harmful Use and Addiction is part of the Social Services Department that implements assistance-assessed interventions for the target group of people with addiction problems. The unit consists of five work groups: The Advisory Bureau, Housing Social Group, Residential Support Group for co-morbid patients, Outpatient Treatment, and the Färgaren Support Housing.

WORK TASKS
The Färgaren Support and Treatment Housing and its outpatient care offer motivation, support and treatment to people with addiction problems related to alcohol and other drugs as well as gambling addiction. Our mission is to meet the individual's need for interventions aimed at contributing to increased independence based on the individual's conditions. The work takes place in close cooperation with case managers within the Social Services Department and other authorities. We also have close cooperation with primary care and good collaboration with specialist psychiatric outpatient care. We place great emphasis on the individual's participation.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with relevant behavioral science higher education or university degree. Other 2-year post-secondary education with a treatment focus may be considered. Experience with evidence-based work with the target groups is seen as meritorious. As a person, you are development and results-oriented and have a good ability to clearly and engagedly set structures in daily practical work and convey stability and realistic goals. You are relationship-oriented, pedagogical and have good references from previous collaboration and cooperation contacts. You are analytical, solution-focused and have a good ability to express yourself in speech and writing, which means that you naturally create both context and engagement that moves things forward.
Salary form: Monthly salary.
Employment form: Permanent employment.
Duration: Start date: 2026-09-14 or by agreement.
