HVB Bäckvägen is located in Hägersten, Stockholm. About the Role of Treatment Pedagogue We work with commitment in everything surrounding our clients. The role of treatment pedagogue involves planning, implementing, and following up on educational and treatment interventions based on the individual's needs. The work is built on creating secure relationships, motivating change, and strengthening the individual's ability toward independence. It also includes documenting interventions and participating in planning meetings and development work. You serve as support for the client, and together you develop strategies to achieve daily life goals. Main Responsibilities: Provide individualized support in daily activities, social training, and skills development. Work based on implementation plans, treatment methods, and educational interventions. Conduct structured conversations, motivational interviews, and apply other evidence-based methods. Write case notes, implementation plans, risk assessments, and reports according to applicable guidelines. Collaborate with colleagues, social services, schools, healthcare providers, and family members. Create a stable, safe, and predictable environment; manage conflicts and boundary-setting. Plan and implement activities that strengthen participants' social and personal development. Qualifications You are relationship-oriented and have a strong ability to establish contact with people in vulnerable situations. You are calm, stable, and can maintain a realistic perspective on situations that arise in daily work. You have good collaboration skills and relate to others in a responsive manner, and you enjoy working with others. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about care work and can see the individual's needs. We place great importance on personal suitability. Requirements: Education as a social pedagogue or 400 YHP treatment pedagogue, plus competence in mentalization theory. Driver's license (Category B) Good knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written Good computer skills, experience with documentation.
