Do you want to be part of creating Sweden's best HVB (residential care) operation? We are now recruiting a treatment pedagogue for a full-time position at our HVB in Sköndal in southern Stockholm. We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in working with young people. Our HVB facilities receive boys aged 14-18 who have gone off track in society, with high school absenteeism, poor impulse control, and who may be drawn to drug use. They may have neuropsychiatric issues such as ADHD, ADD, or autism, and sometimes anxiety. You are trained as a social pedagogue or equivalent. You have good knowledge of neuropsychiatric disabilities. We want you to have experience with similar work, be engaged and curious. You find it easy to connect with people, have strong social competence in both speech and writing. You are patient, stress-resistant, and have the ability to distinguish between the person and the problems. You collaborate well and have both the ability to make independent decisions and to listen to others. You have experience with this target group and treatment work with CBT orientation and MI. You master one or more of the interventions A-CRA, rePulse, or Crime as a Lifestyle (KSL). As a treatment pedagogue, you will create a safe environment for the young people through a structured and meaningful daily life. In your daily work, you also focus on each young person's individual needs, where you as staff provide security, warmth, and serve as positive role models for our young people. You are with the young people in their everyday life, which includes everything from cooking and cleaning to school, homework, and leisure activities, where you play an important role as active support and mentor. You are the contact person for one or two young people. This comes with responsibility for the young person's contacts with social services, guardians, and school. You write journals in our electronic system. You prepare implementation plans and write monthly reports. You will independently conduct treatment conversations and exercises with the young people, individually or in groups. You will mostly work shifts, which means you start in the morning, midday, or afternoon and then stay overnight at the residence until the next morning (so-called sleeping on-call). You write journals in our electronic system. A driver's license is required. About Lejongruppen Lejongruppen operates HVB homes for boys needing treatment in the Greater Stockholm/Mälardalen region. Lejongruppen's focus is on boys who have gone off track in society with failed schooling, criminality, and substance abuse as a consequence. We want to create Sweden's best HVB! We work exclusively with one target group, which allows us to attract the best specialists in this area. We offer a comprehensive and individually adapted care pathway. All the way. From assessment and evaluation, open care, placement in treatment homes or foster homes, to discharge and aftercare. At every stage, evidence-based treatment interventions are provided with the young person in focus. Quality throughout. The goal is to give young people the tools to take command of their own lives!
