Finjagården works with group treatment combined with individual interventions. We work based on structured treatment methods such as DBT, CBT, ACT, EMDR, and PE complemented with a quality system that ensures documented treatment results. A quality system with monitoring for clients, next of kin, and commissioners creates transparency, participation, and security. We work from a biopsychosocial perspective, which means that we, as a team with different functions (coach/therapist/nurse), work with the client. We take into account all aspects of the biological, psychological, and social in our treatment process. Based on this, it is of great importance that you have good internal collaboration and insight into each other's areas so that we can work with these simultaneously. Our Units The units Parken/Loftet have a total of 20 places distributed between two units. Here we receive women and men aged 21-60 years. We receive clients with mental health issues such as emotional instability, PTSD, self-harm issues, eating disorders, neurodevelopmental disorders, OCD, anxiety issues, depression, suicidal and self-destructive behavior, and other mental health comorbidities combined with substance abuse. Unit Villan has 7 places. Here we receive women and men aged 18-50 years. We receive clients with mental health issues such as emotional instability, PTSD, self-harm issues, eating disorders, neurodevelopmental disorders, trauma, anxiety issues, OCD, depression, suicidal and self-destructive behavior. We are now seeking hourly temporary staff for our units. Working hours are scheduled for day, evening, weekends, and on-call night shifts. Who Are You? As a person, you are responsible, relationship-building, flexible, and secure. In this role, it is important that you show empathy while having the ability to set boundaries when needed. The work involves close and trusting collaboration with your colleagues, and you therefore have good communication and collaboration skills. It is important that you can distinguish between the personal and professional. You must have a professional relationship with our clients, commissioners, and colleagues. The work requires that you are responsible and unpretentious – we work with clients who are struggling; they deserve us to take responsibility every day to do our utmost to help them reach their goals. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Prior to employment, a criminal record check is provided. For this position, you are required to have: - Social educator, social worker, treatment educator, or other completed post-secondary education that the employer deems equivalent. - Experience in treatment work - Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing - Good system knowledge as documentation occurs extensively - Class B driver's license It is also an advantage if you have: - Knowledge of neurodevelopmental diagnoses.
