Staff wanted for Renatusgården – a residential facility with safety, care, and development in focus Do you want to work in an operation where relationships, respect, and the individual's needs are at the center? Renatusgården is now seeking more dedicated staff members for our rural facility serving adult men and women from age 25. We provide residential care with some 24-hour care services under the Social Services Act (SoL) for people with, among other things, neuropsychiatric disabilities, autism, and intellectual disabilities. Our goal is to create a safe and meaningful everyday life where each individual has the opportunity to develop based on their own conditions. About the Operation Renatusgården consists of two separate buildings and two satellite apartments adapted to different support needs. In the main building, people with greater care needs live in private rooms with close access to staff support. In our apartments, people who are more independent live but who are still offered individually adapted support based on needs and preferences. We work based on: ● Low-stimulation approach ● Clear pedagogical methods ● Motivational interviewing (MI) We believe in respectful treatment, participation, and creating conditions for independence and quality of life. About the Position We are now seeking staff members who want to be part of our team. The work involves varying hours with overnight duty, day shifts, and evening shifts. We have the option to offer full-time or part-time work. We are also interested in temporary staff who can work overnight duty. The duties may include: ● Support in daily routines ● Social and educational support ● Care and nursing ● Documentation ● Activities and accompaniment ● Collaboration with colleagues and external contacts We're Looking for You If You ● Are confident, responsible, and empathetic ● Have good teamwork skills and find it easy to build relationships ● Can set clear and respectful boundaries ● Are flexible and solution-oriented ● Preferably have experience with similar work Education such as treatment assistant, psychiatric nurse, support assistant, nursing assistant, or other relevant experience is meriting, but personal suitability is valued very highly. Requirements ● Category B driver's license for manual transmission ● Good Swedish in speech and writing ● Criminal record check extract prior to employment Since the facility is located in a rural area, access to your own car is an advantage.
