About Mogården At Nytida Mogården, we offer safe and supportive short-term housing for individuals with substance abuse issues and co-occurring disorders who need 24-hour access to staff. About the Role As a treatment assistant, you will base your work on the residents' individual needs and wishes, providing support in daily life from a pedagogical perspective. Together with your colleagues, you work toward making each day meaningful and enriching. You will support and guide with areas including personal care, meals, medication management, cleaning, community contacts, and communication. An important part of the work is to stimulate and motivate residents to develop their abilities and to create opportunities for active and meaningful leisure time. Your tasks also include documenting and planning based on implementation plans. Working hours include daytime, evenings, weekends, and on-call overnight shifts. You will have a group leader or group manager close by who spends part of their time working in the facility. This could also be a future career opportunity for you. Your Experience and Knowledge You have education in social pedagogy, treatment pedagogy, behavioral science, or equivalent qualifications. You have strong Swedish language skills in both speech and writing, good computer skills, and experience with documentation. It is advantageous if you have experience working with this target group. Otherwise, your CV is not the most important factor. If you have the right qualities, we will support you and give you the opportunity to grow. You have a positive outlook, strong commitment to people, and are responsible.
