About the Position As a treatment assistant, you are an important part of the young people's everyday life and contribute to a safe, structured, and developmental treatment environment. You work based on our interaction strategies and treatment model with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). The work includes, among other things: Supporting young people in daily routines, school, and activities. Planning and conducting leisure activities. Creating structure around meals, waking, and bedtime. If interested and experienced, participate in treatment interventions together with our psychologists and work as a contact person. The position is full-time (37 hours/week) with work according to a rotating 8-week schedule that includes both weekdays and weekends. About the Workplace HVB Evia is aimed at boys aged 13-19 who have a neuropsychiatric diagnosis or are in need of evaluation. Young people often also have other psychiatric issues such as OCD, social phobia, depression, oppositional defiant disorder, and conduct disorder. The HVB home is located in a scenic and easily accessible place near bus stops, with only 20 minutes by public transport to Stockholm Central Station. We are looking for you who enjoy taking responsibility, are creative, and want to contribute with your own ideas in an operation where development is in focus. We Are Looking For You Who Have a social pedagogy education or similar equivalent to two years of full-time studies (in your application, we ask you to upload a certificate of your completed education). Have a B driver's license (this is a requirement to work with us). Can provide an extract from the criminal record register. Are engaged, stable, solution-focused, and have a genuine interest in working with young people. It is an advantage if you have experience from HVB, LSS, or similar operations.
