Treatment Assistant

About the Role As a treatment assistant in your city, you work closely with clients in treatment and support their daily functioning, while contributing to a safe and structured everyday life. You work based on treatment plans, collaborate with colleagues and other professionals, and make a difference in interactions with people who have addiction issues, mental health challenges, or disabilities. What You'll Do Implement and follow up on individual treatment plans Support clients' daily functioning and independence Lead or participate in structured activities and treatment sessions Observe, document, and report changes in clients' condition Ensure safety and follow security procedures when working with clients Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals for comprehensive care Work in shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed Participate in workplace meetings and development work to improve care What You Bring Relevant education or previous experience in social work, addiction care, or psychiatry Strong ability to document according to current procedures and maintain confidentiality Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written, and valid work permit if required You are driven and take ownership of your work You deliver high quality, every time You collaborate and elevate the people around you You always want to learn and help others learn in the workplace Salary and Employment Type Jobs are available as full-time, part-time, or as-needed employment, and salary and employment terms are determined in discussion with SuperRen based on your experience, your goals, and what fits with the match.
