We are seeking an engaged and experienced treatment assistant for our residential care home for girls aged 13-17 years. Anero is a small company where everything we do is based on quality, flexibility, and sustainability. We currently offer residential care, family foster care, LSS (disability services), and housing support, but we are planning to offer additional services in the near future. JOB DUTIES As a treatment assistant at Anero, you support young people in their individual development based on their implementation plan. You provide professional support in everyday situations, participate in social planning, and serve as a contact person with schools, community activities, social networks, social services, and guardians. You also work toward the goal of fostering independence and meaningful leisure activities. The job duties include planning, treatment, and follow-up in the treatment work for the young people. Other tasks include documentation, external contacts, and practical work together with the young people. The work involves scheduled shifts during days, evenings, nights, and weekends. REQUIREMENTS You must have a degree as a social worker, behavioral scientist, or other post-secondary education that we consider equivalent. Previous experience working with children and/or young people with neuropsychiatric disabilities is a merit. Knowledge of motivational interviewing, low-arousal approaches, environmental therapy, and strong documentation skills in accordance with applicable laws and regulations are also merits. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. A Category B driver's license is required for employment.
