Samskapa is growing - do you want to be part of building our resource team? About Samskapa Samskapa is in an exciting development phase and we are now looking for new colleagues who want to help build our mobile resource team. Here you will have the opportunity to be part of an engaged and cohesive team where we work together to create the best conditions for the young people we meet. This is a position for you if you enjoy variety, collaboration, and making a real difference. As part of the resource team, you work flexibly where needs are greatest for the day and become an important resource for both young people, colleagues, and the organization as a whole. But our commitment is not just about the young people. We know that sustainable results are created through engaged and well-being employees. That is why we invest in our employees through close leadership, skills development, collegial support, and a work environment where you have the opportunity to grow together with the organization. Samskapa is a professional alternative with high capacity, but also soul. We believe in models but we believe even more in people. It is not the manual that changes lives, it is the adult who stays when it gets tough. Samskapa provides support and treatment to vulnerable children, young people, and their families. We work based on the concept of Professional Integrated Treatment (PIB), which means that Samskapa takes full responsibility for integrating the measures children and young people need to increase their social ability and improve their quality of life. For more information about Samskapa, please visit our website javascript:void(0). About the Target Group Our target group consists of young people of varying ages without ongoing substance abuse or criminal activity. The young people often have complex social issues combined with neuropsychiatric disabilities, relationship difficulties, anxiety, or experienced trauma. Outward aggressive behavior occurs and therefore we need safe adults who see behind the behavior and stay when it gets tough. About the Assignment As a caregiver in this team, you will have a mobile caregiver role where you meet different young people. You replace regular caregivers during absences and you also provide support where needed. You work mostly alone with your young person. You create a sense of security, structure, and a homely environment and build trusting relationships for our young people. The work includes everything from daily chores to conversations and individually adapted treatment interventions. You work independently and have great personal responsibility, but you are never alone in the assignment. You are part of a collaborative team with present leadership and access to supervision and specialist support. Together you share responsibility for the young person's development and wellbeing. The work also includes documentation in accordance with applicable legal requirements as well as close cooperation with social services and other stakeholders around the young person. We are looking for someone who has: At least 2 years of post-secondary education in social work or behavioral science. Experience working with young people, preferably in HVB or similar activities. Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. Valid driver's license (Category B). We consider it a merit if you have: Education or courses adapted for the target group Experience working with neuropsychiatric conditions and challenging behaviors such as self-harm, OCD, or eating disorders Knowledge of low-affect communication and management of threats and violence Basic knowledge of BBIC. Experience with electronic health record systems Personal Qualities To thrive in this role, you need to be secure in yourself and comfortable working independently. You see the relationship as your most important tool and understand how your approach can affect the behavior of others. You take responsibility and see reflection as part of the work. You need to be flexible and courageous because you will meet different young people with complex needs. You can combine clear boundaries with warmth and care; when the young person is angry, dismissive, or challenging, you remain stable and stay present. You have patience and can build trusting relationships over time. Although much of the work happens independently, you know that the best solutions are often created together with others. You enjoy contributing your experiences, learning from others' perspectives, and appreciate a team where you support each other. We Offer You: Introduction with scheduled follow-ups Skills development with training based on needs and interests Generous wellness allowance of 5000 kr/year Continuous supervision and close management support A competent and cohesive team Opportunity to grow within the organization Information About the Position: Scope: 100% Location: Based in Sölvesborg Working Hours: Schedule with unsociable hours (24-hour shifts) Start: Immediately or by agreement Type of Employment: Permanent position with 6-month probationary period Number of Positions: 2 Information About the Recruitment Process: In accordance with the Social Committee's decision, an extract from the Police Authority's criminal record and suspicion register is required in connection with employment.
