About the Target Group Our target group consists of young people of varying ages without ongoing substance abuse or criminal activity. The young people often have complex social challenges combined with neuropsychiatric disabilities, relationship difficulties, anxiety, or experienced trauma. Outward-directed behavior occurs, so we need secure adults who see behind the behavior and stay the course when things are tough. About the Role As a healthcare worker in our mobile team, you meet different young people and work in different settings based on where the need is greatest. You replace regular healthcare workers during absences and provide extra support and stability where needed most. The role involves varied work where you need to be flexible, quickly build trusting relationships, and provide security and continuity for the young people. The work includes everything from everyday activities and motivation work to supportive conversations and individually adapted treatment interventions. You work independently and take great personal responsibility, while being part of an unpretentious team with present leadership, supervision, and access to specialist expertise. The role involves variation, and you need to adapt to different young people's needs and different settings' conditions. You will collaborate with both colleagues and others around the young person, such as social services, school, and guardians. The work also includes documentation according to applicable legal requirements. We are looking for someone with: At least 2 years of post-secondary education in social work or behavioral science. Experience working with young people, preferably in HVB or similar services. Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written. Driver's license (Category B). We consider it meritorious if you have: Education or courses tailored to the target group Experience working with individuals with neuropsychiatric conditions and challenging behaviors such as self-harm, OCD, or eating disorders Knowledge of low-arousal approaches and managing threats and violence Basic knowledge in BBIC. Experience with record systems Personal Qualities You are someone who enjoys meeting people and who finds it easy to make contact, even in new situations. You are curious about the person behind the behavior and try to understand what each young person needs to feel safe and seen. You know that relationships take time and that your approach can affect others' behavior. Therefore, you are someone who reflects on your own actions and constantly wants to develop in your work. You will meet young people who are in difficult situations and often have complex needs. You are stable and calm even when a situation becomes challenging. You can meet strong emotions without taking them personally or losing warmth and respect for the individual. At the same time, you can set boundaries and clear frameworks when needed. You take responsibility for your work and enjoy having the trust to work independently. At the same time, you know that the best solutions are often created together with others.
