You support them in daily situations, create a predictable environment, and provide therapeutic interventions based on individual needs and implementation plans. Trauma, anxiety, and acting-out behavior occur, which demands professional conduct and a low-arousal approach. You need to be calm and able to make others feel safe even in difficult situations.
