The role as a treatment specialist involves supporting youth in their life situation and conducting change work based on care and implementation plans. Work occurs during day/evening shifts and every other weekend. We also need hourly staff who can cover absences and respond on short notice. If you wish to work hourly, please clearly indicate this in your application. Job Duties Weekly treatment sessions with individual youth; group treatment sessions may also occur. Support youth in developing a daily structure with good routines. Collaborate with the youth's network, client representatives, school, healthcare, etc. Daily documentation and risk assessments, report compilation, and development of implementation plans. Plan and participate in activities outside the residence with one or more youth. The job duties also include common household tasks. Personal Qualities To succeed in this role, you need strong analytical ability regarding the behavior of individual youth or groups of youth, be relationship-building and flexible in your work approach, have the ability to create participation, and be clear and set boundaries in an appropriate manner. We also value a professional approach to your work, being unpretentious, and taking initiative and responsibility in collective efforts to develop the organization. You are expected to work both independently and collaboratively with others, and contribute to good cooperation with our client representatives and other partners. You must have good knowledge of BBIC, documentation experience, and strong Swedish language skills. Workplace Description Albagården works with children and youth ages 14-19 with psychosocial issues. We strive to provide a home-like, structured, and safe environment for the youth placed with us and offer individually tailored, high-quality care. Qualifications Post-secondary education of at least 2 years is required for this position. The education must be in social work, social pedagogy, or behavioral science (e.g., treatment pedagogue, social pedagogue, social worker, behavioral scientist). B-category driver's license for manual transmission. Merits Experience working with youth for at least two years, preferably in 24-hour care. Structured treatment work and good knowledge and experience working with neuropsychiatric disabilities. Further training in Step 1 and other methods such as CBT, MI, low-arousal approaches, Repulse, ART, and A-CRA. Experience with BBIC documentation and the Journal Digital system.
