The role as a treatment specialist involves supporting youth in their life situation and conducting change work based on care and implementation plans. Qualifications Post-secondary education of at least 2 years is required for this position. The education must be in social work, social pedagogy, or behavioral science (e.g., treatment pedagogue, social pedagogue, social worker, behavioral scientist). B-category driver's license for manual transmission. Merits Experience working with youth for at least two years, preferably in 24-hour care. Structured treatment work and good knowledge and experience working with neuropsychiatric disabilities. Further training in Step 1 and other methods such as CBT, MI, low-arousal approaches, Repulse, ART, and A-CRA. Experience with BBIC documentation and the Journal Digital system.
