As a therapist in open care, you work with group therapy and individual sessions for people with substance use disorders, gambling disorder, and individuals who wish to break a criminal lifestyle. Open care operates under commission from social services, and as a therapist you are responsible for conducting treatment based on a care plan, writing implementation plans, and driving forward your clients' treatment process. We keep records in the Lifecare documentation system. We are looking for you who: Have a degree in social work, social pedagogy, behavioral science, or treatment pedagogy. It is meritorious if: You have training and clinical experience working with CRA You have training and clinical experience in therapeutic work with CBT You have training and clinical experience working with the twelve-step model You have training and clinical experience with motivational interviewing About you We are looking for someone with knowledge and experience in conducting treatment with the target group described above. You are a person who finds it easy to build relationships with both colleagues and clients, you value collaboration but can also work independently in your therapeutic work.
