Beauty Advisor / Brand Ambassador – NOOANCE Paris

We are now seeking engaged and professional individuals who want to represent NOOANCE at Sephora in Stockholm and Copenhagen. About the Role As a Beauty Advisor / Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of NOOANCE in-store and actively work to create a premium customer experience. You will meet customers, present products, and demonstrate NOOANCE LED masks and skincare products. You will work toward set KPIs with a focus on sales, customer service, and brand experience. During shifts, you may also create photo and video content for NOOANCE social media. We are looking for you Have experience with premium skincare, beauty, or similar Have a genuine interest in skincare and beauty Have good knowledge of Sephora and its customer experience Feel confident demonstrating premium products and beauty tech Are professional, confident, and sales-oriented in your customer interactions Thrive working toward clear sales goals and KPIs Are social, proactive, and comfortable in front of the camera Find it easy to build trust and adapt your communication to different customers What We Offer An exciting assignment with an innovative international beauty brand Opportunity to work in a premium retail environment at Sephora Digital onboarding before the assignment Social and varied work with a focus on skincare, beauty, and technology Practical Information Onboarding: September 8 at 11:00–11:45, digital Working hours weeks 38–39: Wednesdays & Fridays: 12:00–18:00 Saturdays: 11:00–18:00 Work location in Stockholm: Sephora Biblioteksgatan, Stockholm Other: The position is expected to be filled as soon as possible.
