This fall, Ankan & CO opens in the classic Mucky Ducks' former premises on Vasaplan in Umeå. Ankan & CO is the place for you who wants a wonderful evening with great classic pub food, good drinks, and fantastic atmosphere no matter what day of the week it is. Job Description With us you will: · Serve beer, wine, cocktails, and other beverages with high quality. · Mix classic and modern cocktails. · Handle cash systems and payments according to current procedures. · Provide personal and professional service to our guests. · Ensure the bar is clean, organized, and well-stocked. · Collaborate with colleagues to provide guests with first-class service, even during busy periods. Qualifications We're looking for you who: · Have experience working as a bartender or in the restaurant and service industry. · Are service-oriented, positive, and enjoy meeting people. · Are stress-resilient and can work efficiently even when the pace is high. · Have good collaboration skills and take responsibility for your tasks. · Are flexible and can work evenings and weekends.
