Bartender at O'Learys [Position] About the role: As a bartender at O'Learys Växjö, you will be primarily responsible for serving guests in our bars. You are responsible for creating and serving drinks to our guests according to their preferences and providing guests with an enjoyable experience through friendly service and top-notch hospitality. As a bartender, you will also assist with various other restaurant operations such as table service, activities, dishwashing, etc. as needed. Together with the bar manager, you will be responsible for creating a pleasant and fun atmosphere in the bars and driving the bars forward to ensure they operate as optimally as possible! Your responsibilities will include: Receiving and quality-checking goods delivered to the bar Responsible for making drinks ordered at the bar and following recipes Serving bar guests with appropriate drinks and providing friendly service to guests Actively working on upselling to guests Using measuring glasses for spirits being poured Following bar routines, checklists and manuals Keeping the bar area clean and tidy, including surfaces and equipment Responsible for not serving minors or guests who are too intoxicated in accordance with alcohol law Reporting over-service to the manager or security Responsible for staying updated on new recipes and trends within the bar and implementing and adhering to these together with the bar manager Assisting in other parts of the business, such as dishwashing, table service and at the gaming reception/bowling counter Desired experience and qualities: Experience from a service profession, preferably from restaurant/bar and cash register experience Relationship-building and enjoys working as part of a team Fluent speech and writing in Swedish and good knowledge of English Flexible, service-minded and attentive Does this sound like something for you?
