We are looking for a driven and engaged bartender who wants to become part of our team. We offer an 80% permanent position starting with a trial period. The work is primarily scheduled for evenings and weekends when the venue is most active. We are looking for someone who: Has a social personality and sense of service, with the ability to provide personal and professional service to our guests. Is skilled at recommending beverages and contributing to increased sales. Is responsible and ensures that laws and guidelines are followed. Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle stress effectively. Is proactive, self-directed, and a team player. Has a positive attitude toward work and a strong work ethic. We would like you to have experience working in a bar, but recent graduates and quick learners are also welcome to apply. Your Responsibilities: As a bartender, you are responsible for: Serving beverages to the serving staff via our order system as well as taking orders directly from guests. Preparing before each shift and ensuring that the bar is clean, organized, and follows procedures. Preparing and closing the bar for the next day.
