MAP Petite Maison is searching for a talented and well-presented team member to join our team. MAP Petite Maison is a dedicated cocktail bar located on Vasagatan in Stockholm specializing in whisky, cocktails, and small plates. The right candidate is expected to have a genuine passion and enthusiasm for providing five-star service to all our guests. This position will suit a social person whose main drive is to provide an excellent and memorable experience for all guests. The management team will give you all the tools necessary to constantly develop yourself. Your duties will include: Working closely with the team to learn the correct ways of service and how to continuously improve the guest experience Learning how to make all in-house cocktails and an extensive number of classic cocktails in order to help customers make an excellent choice based on their described preferences Studying Japanese and other world whiskies in order to confidently recommend and describe whiskies on the whisky menu Preparing food and developing the food concept Preparing cocktails, in-house made ingredients, and batches to ensure the bar is always fully stocked and not missing any items Communicating efficiently, verbally and in writing, with the team to ensure any low stock items, feedback, and points of improvement are brought to the attention of management Running every service efficiently with great attention to detail to achieve great customer satisfaction Working on the floor, conversing with guests, and assisting them in making great choices of cocktails, food, whisky, and any other spirits Ensuring every single guest is looked after and enjoying themselves at all times Ensuring the correct set-up of the venue and that it is checked and maintained throughout the day and night Dealing with guests regarding any enquiries they may have Building positive relationships with our regular guests Assisting with other tasks in the venue as required Carrying out masterclasses such as Cocktail Making and whisky tastings Job Type: 75-100% Salary: 160kr/hour Hours: Around 30-40 hours per week
