We're looking for someone who wants to be part of our fantastic team and work evenings and nights in a fast-paced and social environment. As a bartender with us, you're an important part of our guests' experience and contribute to creating a great atmosphere behind the bar and throughout the venue. You don't need previous experience – we value the right attitude, service mindset, and willingness to learn above all. We'll make sure you get the training you need to feel confident in the role. If you have a smile on your face, enjoy working with people, and can keep up the pace even during busy nights, you'll be a perfect fit for us. Your responsibilities will include: Serving beverages and simple cocktails Guest interaction and service Keeping the bar and venue clean and organized Cash handling Collaborating with other staff to create a great night for our guests Over time, you'll also learn how to make Sweden's best Hotshot. We're looking for someone who: Is social and service-oriented Enjoys working evenings and nights Is responsible and positive Can work at a fast pace Is a team player Previous experience in bar or service is a plus but not required.
