We need to expand our substitute pool and are now seeking multiple hourly substitutes for Eskilstuna Outdoor Preschools Balsta, Kloster, and Tumbo. As an hourly substitute, you will work in our preschools as needed and may be part of different work teams. Eskilstuna Outdoor Preschool Balsta is located in Balsta (Balstavägen 8a), just outside central Eskilstuna. The preschool has 1 unit with 18 children. Eskilstuna Outdoor Preschool Kloster is located in central Eskilstuna (Östergatan 8a), close to Kloster Church. The preschool has 4 units with 10-15 children per unit. We spend a lot of time in playgrounds, parks, and natural areas in our local surroundings. Eskilstuna Outdoor Preschool Tumbo is located in Tumbo, a locality in Eskilstuna municipality near Kvicksund. The preschool has 1 unit with 45 children and we work in four age-divided groups. Since public transport is limited, a driver's license and access to a car are merits. Our work is based on the preschool curriculum and the Convention on the Rights of the Child. Safety is the foundation for all learning, and we work with children's own initiatives and ensure they feel seen and affirmed, thereby strengthening children's self-image and self-esteem. Our approach is based on guiding interaction inspired by ICDP - International Child Development Program. We are members of Friluftsfrämjandet and operate an outdoor preschool with the Forest Mulle profile. We spend a lot of time outdoors when weather permits, as it is important to us that children maintain their joy in being outside. We eat healthy food prepared from scratch, providing a good foundation for a healthy lifestyle. We offer Hours as needed Free pedagogical meals We are looking for someone with experience working with children, the ability to collaborate, strong work ethic, flexibility, responsiveness, and good communication skills. You should be development-oriented, able to take own initiatives, and be a good role model in your pedagogical approach. You must have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
