Job Duties As a childcare worker, you complement the preschool teachers in educational work and help create a safe, inspiring, and developmental learning environment. Through your commitment, you stimulate children's play, curiosity, and joy, and give each child the opportunity to develop based on their own capabilities. You are a trusted and important adult in the children's daily lives and contribute to ensuring that guardians are met with a positive, professional, and trustworthy approach. The role may also include certain administrative and operations-related tasks. The preschool's hours of operation are between 06.00 and 18.00, which means that working hours may vary within this timeframe. Qualifications We are looking for someone with upper secondary education in Children and Leisure or equivalent education. You need to have some experience with administrative work in preschool systems (such as teams, unikum, samverkan.se, unikum, and tempus) and good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. You have a genuine interest in children's development and learning and see children as competent individuals. You are responsive to children's different needs and circumstances and apply your values through a respectful and inclusive work approach. With an open and positive mindset, you create safety and trust in your interactions with children, guardians, and colleagues. You collaborate well with others and contribute to an organization where everyone feels welcome and included. Knowledge of multiple languages is a merit, but we will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
