As a childcare worker at Nedregården Preschool, you are present and collaborative, and enjoy working individually with children and together with your colleagues. Children's influence in education is important to us; we have an open and exploratory climate. Children's interests and curiosity are always in focus for teaching at the preschool. 1 position(s). DUTIES As a childcare worker with us, you are one of the most important adults in the children's lives. You ensure that their day at preschool is fun, safe, and educational. We offer a work environment where your competence and commitment are valued, and where you and your colleagues in the work team create an environment that sees and confirms each child's potential. The position initially involves a temporary assignment in a child group, with the possibility to later transition to a position in our substitute pool. This includes, among other things, covering during planning time, meetings, and absences. In your work, you contribute to creating a good balance between care, development, and learning for each individual child as well as for the group as a whole. Together, we work to make Nedregården a safe, developmental, and educational preschool where all children are given the opportunity to grow and succeed. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is attentive to children's needs and has a natural ability to create a sense of security, where an inclusive approach is a given so that everyone feels at home in the group. You have good collaboration skills and enjoy contributing to a positive work team. Since the daily routine at preschool is changeable, you are solution-focused and meet small and large challenges with a positive attitude and calm confidence. We are looking for someone who: • Has upper secondary education in Child and Recreation, or equivalent that the employer considers equivalent.
