Childcare Provider at Montessori Preschool Tusenkedjan Permanent Position - with Probationary Period Would you like to work in a safe, family-like and engaged preschool environment where the child's development is at the center? Then you might be the person we're looking for! Montessori Preschool Tusenkedjan is seeking a warm, caring and engaged childcare provider for a permanent position. Our intimate preschool is located in a quiet residential area, just a few minutes' walk from Huddinge center and the commuter train station. We are looking for you who Have training as a childcare provider. Communicate well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. Have a strong commitment to children's development, learning and well-being. Are attentive, responsible and have an easy time building good relationships with children, colleagues and parents/guardians. It is a merit if you have training in Montessori pedagogy and/or experience working according to Montessori pedagogy. About the Position You will work in our department for children ages 1–3 years, where the child group consists of a maximum of 12 children. As a childcare provider, you are an important part of the work team and actively contribute to planning, implementation and documentation of educational activities based on the preschool's curriculum and goals. In daily work, you support and guide children in their development and learning. Work tasks include, among other things: Care and educational support in everyday activities. Assistance with dressing and undressing. Support during meals and hygiene routines. Toilet visits and rest time for the youngest children. Participation in planning and documentation of activities. Montessori pedagogy is our guiding star. Your role is to inspire, support and guide children so that they have the opportunity to develop based on their own conditions and abilities. Who Are You? About Montessori Preschool Tusenkedjan Tusenkedjan is a parent cooperative run by engaged parents/guardians in close collaboration with the principal and staff. The preschool is located in a large independent villa in a quiet area, approximately ten minutes' walk from Huddinge center. We have approximately 30 children divided into two departments: Pärlan (1-3 years) Kuben (3-6 years) Our ambition is to offer small child groups and high staff-to-child ratios to create the best possible conditions for children's learning and safety. All food is prepared from scratch by our own chef, and we actively work for a sustainable and toxin-free preschool environment. Activities are based on Montessori pedagogy and follow the preschool curriculum.
