DUTIES In your role as a childcare worker at Jökeln and Lilla Björns Preschool, you will be part of a work team that together works according to applicable governing documents and guidelines for the preschool. Together in the work team, you work for the children's development and learning. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who has childcare worker training/degree from a child and leisure program. You have good collaboration skills and are independent, resourceful and goal-oriented with an approach that is situation-adapted. A positive attitude is a prerequisite. You have an interest in developing new working methods and sharing knowledge and experience with colleagues. You have a professional approach to children, guardians and colleagues and can easily create good relationships. We place great emphasis on all educators contributing to children's language development, so good knowledge of the Swedish language is a requirement both in speech and writing.
